Our Annual Maintenance Program includes two maintenance and safety visits per year, plus VIP priority service in the winter season and discounts on parts and accessories. During your service, our expert technicians will thoroughly inspect and tune up your fireplace from top to bottom so it is operating at peak performance when you need it most.
Put to Bed Service
Visit in Spring/Summer
Fireplaces require a thorough cleaning after use to ensure safety and performance. During this visit, we will:
- Thoroughly clean the logs, glass, and interior components
- Check the pilot light, gas valve, and other key functioning parts
- Inspect the overall condition and safety of the unit with our 50-point inspection
- Provide recommendations for any necessary repairs or replacement
Wake-Up Service
Visit in Fall
Testing and checking the fireplace prior to the winter season is the best way to avoid unexpected breakdowns or safety issues when you are counting on your fireplace to keep you comfortable. During this visit, we will:
- Perform a 50-point inspection and tune-up to get your fireplace in top shape for the winter ahead
- Check that the remote function, pilot light operation, gas controls/gas valve function, thermocouple and thermopile performance, damper clamp verification, and other vital mechanisms are functioning properly
- Ensure your fireplace is venting safely and efficiently
- Provide guidance on optimal usage and any recommended repairs
